  • 2010. Ongoing development of energy saving solutions and intense product promotion
  • 2008. LM Stålindustri acquires the Lildal brand with sales and production rights. Lildal is a division in LM Stålindustri A/S as a part of LM-Group
  • 1998. Peter Bacher takes over LM Stålindustri A/S
  • 1986. Peter Bacher joins J. Lildal A/S
  • 1983. The last extraction plant is delivered
  • 1973. LM Stålindustri A/S is founded and starts manufacturing machines forthe rendering industry as the main supplier to J. Lildal A/S
  • 1962. Ivar Lildal joins the company
  • 1947. Unique extraction plants are developed and exported globally
  • 1946. J. Lildal A/S is founded
  • 1946. Firmaet j. Lildal A/S grundlægges
  • 1935. Jakob Lildal invents the steam-heated agitator and introduces it worldwide
  • 1932. Graduate engineer Jakob Lildal embarks on a career in the rendering industry
